Very pleasant stay. The downstairs concierge was amazing. Positive: The apartment was really clean and pretty. It was a quit with all the amenities.

Perfect studio on the beach for solo or couples Positive: Everything! Visited 11/15-12/2 2022 The location was great! You're close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, casinos, and right on the beach. We stayed for 18 days and got around the area by renting e-scooters (which are located on every corner) for all but the last week of our trip. We were able to rent a car from a casino that was right down the street. Rode an e-scooter there and drove back with the rental car to explore the island. The studio apartment and amenities were perfect for us. It has a small kitchenette equipped with enough cookware and utinsels to cook small meals, which help with food costs. We were able to buy some groceries to pack lunches for our excursions and beach days. TV with roku, air conditioning, and the queen sized bed was comfortable. It had great natural light from the wall of windows, which has ocean views. I really liked that the building has 24hr security. The beach is clean and safe and so is the area, no worries about nightlife. The host, Peter, was great. He answered any/all questions and provided us with suggestions for things to do around the island. It was easy to contact him, and he replied quickly. I would 10/10 recommend this property, and we look forward to renting this place on our next visit. Negative: Nothing.

Super comfy week in Puerto Rico Positive: The apartment was very close to restaurants, nightlife, and Old San Juan. The apartment was perfectly clean, and totally remodeled. It had everything you may need for your stay, even coolers and beach chairs. The building outside does not look good, but the pool, the beach, the gym and the apartment itself are really nice. I can’t wait to be back in Puerto Rico!

muy recomendado tiene todo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Positive: todo esta cerca , muy seguro siempre hay vigilancia. los guardias muy amables siempre dispuestos a ayudar te hacen sentir muy seguro . La vista que tienes es espectacular.

we enjoyed the property and it was walking distance to restaurants, super market and other activities. pool area was great and beach was right outside

Positive: The room was nice , beachfront and the swimming pool . Negative: Couldnt see spanish Chanel,cleaning person was not cleaning the room.until i spoke to the hoste .and the ceiling on the . 1st floor was licking a lot of water in the lobby....

Positive: The apartment was cozy, and clean. The location is perfect and the view was so beautiful!

It would be nice apartment after renovation Positive: Location is very good. There is nice and big pool just near the building. The apartment faces directly to the ocean. Negative: The apartment needs a renovation ASAP. A door to the bathroom is strained and it's locker doesn't work, actually, there is no locker at all. A lot of unpleasant stains in the bathroom. The windows are very dirty. There is big renovation in the building, so it's noisy during a day, and half of the territory is closed, can't be used. It's not a problem of the apartment, but we supposed to know during the booking time.
