Awesome location just one block from Ashford Avenue, the beach at La Concha Resort and Casino and Condado Lagoon. Enjoy warm ocean breezes and a cozy balcony view of Condado Lagoon at our private apartment we call "Ritz at the Lagoon". Located on the second floor of the Ritz Condominium, our recently updated, fresh and bright, large studio includes a full kitchen and bath, as well as ample closet space and wall of windows to the Lagoon view balcony. The apartment provides sleeping for 2, is fully air conditioned and includes high speed WIFI and streaming TV with local channels. You'll find one Queen bed and a full sized sofa bed. We provide all linens and towels, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler! 1 gated parking space is included, as well as a laundry room on the same floor. The apartment is steps from terrific restaurants, bars, supermarkets, hotels, and casinos in the prime Condado neighborhood. You'll be able to walk to La Concha Resort and Casino. Both resorts offer services at the beach for a fee. No need to rent a car, although gated parking is provided. Note: parking tag and opener must be left in the apartment at check out. Just 15 minutes from Luis Munoz International Airport, 10 minutes to Old San Juan and 40 minutes to El Yunque.
Our goal is to provide a seamless vacation. We are nearby and attend to our guests personally.
The Ritz Condominium is beginning a much needed exterior, cosmetic renovation which should not affect your stay in any way.

Beachfront resorts such as La Concha Resort and Condado Vanderbilt are loved by Puerto Rican celebrities, they are right at the center of all the action and allure of Condado Beach. If you want to play, there are a variety of water sports offered and waiters come around for that refreshing piña colada if you wish.
